Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping through USPS and UPS. We ship every Tuesday and Friday. We make every effort to process and ship your order within 5 business days of receipt. Note that the estimated shipping time begins the day your order is received by the carrier, not the day that the order was placed. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us for more information at hello@tancredimorgen.com. You can select your preferred carrier and service speed at time of checkout. If your total is equal or more than $300, your order will qualify for complimentary ground shipping, which will automatically appear as an option at checkout. If you choose the free shipping option, your order may ship through either USPS or UPS.

We currently do not ship internationally at this time. 

Online Store Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with its original tag and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Non-returnable items: 
Gift cards 
Candles 
Soaps and lotions 
Custom orders
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

Items may be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt for a complete refund (less shipping costs) to the same card on which they were purchased. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us by emailing hello@tancredimorgen.com within 3 days of delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase:

All returns must be in their original condition and accompanied by a copy of the invoice included with the original shipment. All returns must be sent via UPS, Fedex, or USPS to:

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Book with obvious signs of use 
Apparel that has been worn by the recipient
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. 
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@tancredimorgen.com.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges are not available on our online store.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

In-Store Return Policy
Purchases made in our retail store qualify for an exchange of store credit or refund for full-price merchandise returned within 15 days with receipt. After 15 days the item may be returned for a store credit only. Purchases are final on sale merchandise. Purchases made with store credit are final.
